About the home
“Rhyll Rendezvous” is a delightful single-storey home in Rhyll just a short walk from the Rhyll beach, and short drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The covered front deck leads to the spacious open plan Living/Dining area (with large 65' smart TV & bluetooth speaker) and an adjoining Kitchen with walk in pantry. A hallway leads to the bedrooms which both have built in robes, a main bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet) and a laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).
Outdoor Areas
The rear entertainment deck (with table & chairs for 2 people and a gas BBQ) overlooks the enclosed block which is perfect for children and pets. The front covered deck is another outdoor area and the long driveway provides space for parking up to 5 cars and/or a boat.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and a walk in pantry.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Lounge room, plus one additional stand-alone fan which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
"Rhyll Rendezvous" is set up to accommodate up to 4 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted) pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this optional linen. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per Queen bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
